- Plot summary: A female trooper in Afghanistan loses part of her leg to a mine. Once repatriated, she is lifted out of depression while in rehab by a gym instructor who tells her about the Ironman triathlon and shows her the legendary clip known as “Ironman Crawl”, they train together, going on to compete at the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Far from winning, she finishes in agony, deep down the order but an inspiration to millions and finding her salvation.
